THE SPIRITUALITY OF CHRIST IN US
Eight discussion sessions based on The Mystery of Christ in You: The Mystical Vision of St. Paul, by George Maloney, S. J. (New York: Alba House, 1998). Topics of discussion are derived from correlating chapters of Fr. Maloney's book with chapters in two auxiliary texts as though all three are in dialogue. It is not expected that participants read all three books, just the primary text mentioned above and a one-page summary and commentary of each chapter of all three books. The two auxiliary texts raise the question, the primary text deals with the answer.

Sessions are sequenced as follows:
1. The question comes from us.
2. The answer comes from God.
3. We respond to God's gift to us.
4. God's gift to each of us personally has certain consequences.
5. The Incarnation is central to Christianity and has certain consequences.
6. The church is meaningful in terms of human life.
7. The Church is meaningful in a larger-than-human context.
8. Conclusion.
